Creative director and lead designer for DSGNR, Stephanie Allen-Jeffrey, has considerable experience in interiors and more, covering fashion and design, textiles, homeware, retail, hospitality and marketing. Steph has survived working in Auckland and Wellington and has travelled the world for business.
MJ aka 'The Park Ranger' is usually found in the DSGNR engine room, in Karapiro, keeping the business wheels turning. He has broad experience across the tech and creative sectors, and property among other things, and enjoys street photography - you'll see some his work on this site, under his pseudonym, Mr Wolfe.
Lili is DSGNR’s latest interior design consultant and window furnishing specialist based in Morrinsville, serving the Waikato and beyond. She holds a diploma in interior design and degrees in music and psychology. Lili is a people person, and you might find her on stage or behind the scenes of local musical theatre projects.
Ali is a young professional in the advertising business, living in Vaucluse and working in the central city of Sydney, Australia. With a Bachelor of Communication, she's a well travelled social character, keen on fitness and water sports, the occasional chess match and she adores her two feline fur babies, ragdoll Sky and tabby Hunter.
Morgan is based in Hamilton, New Zealand, where she works in the human resource and recruitment sector. Morgan is a keen puppy whisperer and wakeboarder, and a talented specialist generalist by nature. She trains Muay Thai kick boxing eight times a week, so it goes without saying we're always going to be polite to her.
Isla works with DSGNR Studio providing graphic design services to our business and clients. In her final year of design studies at Wintec \ Te Pūkenga, she can also be spotted working in the Cambridge hospo sector. Isla has the title 'Puppy Boss' due to her special relationship with cheeky DSGNR dog, Biddi.
Teddi middle name 'Bear', DSGNR's head Schnoodle, is responsible for first impressions, greeting visitors to the office with her infectious personality, a bark and a lick. One of the loveliest puppies around, she doesn't mind the occasional pat.
Biddi, now an advanced-trainee Schnoodle, is the newest DSGNR Dog. Biddi works as Teddi's shadow, and no doubt will be a full-functioning team member before long. As visiting clients and suppliers discover, she's a treat.
